Technological Innovation Efficiency in China: Dynamic Evaluation and Driving Factors

Innovation is the engine and accelerator that drives high-quality economic enterprise development. In recent years, output of scientific technological innovation in China has been high, but phenomenon low efficiency quality occurs frequently. this study, first, (TIE) was measured. Then, a dynamic evaluation analysis spatial-temporal characteristics were performed. Lastly, driving factors explored. TIE calculated dynamically 30 provinces from 2011 to 2019 based on improved super-efficiency SBM-DEA model. kernel density estimation method adopted analyse differentiation evolution process provincial efficiency.
